Hard excite backward and forward band Royal Bliss formed in 1997 in Salt Lake City, UT at the time guitarist Chris Harding met minstrel Neal Middleton at a Middleton solo gig. The girth played and toured constantly in the Salt Lake three feet, building a solid fan base, at last settling on a lineup that included Middleton help on vocals, Harding, and Taylor Richards up~ guitar, Jake Smith put ~ drums, and Tommy Gunn attached low.
